Error Codes in the Merchant Dashboard API

Status
Description
200 - OK
The request was successful.
400 - Bad Request The request was unsuccessful, often due to missing a required parameter.
401 - Unauthorized Incorrect credentials
402 - Request Failed The parameters were valid but the request failed.
403 - Forbidden Error

Request triggered one of these threshold limits:

  • startDate must not be more than 180 days in the past.
  • The range between startDate and endDate must not be greater than 62 days
  • Only one transaction per second
  • Only 30 transactions per hour
404 - Not Found The requested resource doesn't exist.
409 - Conflict The request conflicts with another request.
429 - Too Many Requests Too many requests hit the API too quickly. 
500, 502, 503, 504 - Server Errors Something went wrong on the Server.
